You're not the only one in your house carrying patterns. Families often share the same ones, passed down without anyone noticing. When you start seeing yours, you start seeing theirs too, with more patience and less blame.
How it works for families
- Your household gets its own AO Scan access through a Family AO Scan Subscription from Solex, $149 a month, paid to Solex.
- You look at patterns together, at home, on your own time.
- You bring what you notice to your sessions with me, and we talk through what it means for you and your family.
- It can open honest conversations about how everyone in the family is really doing.
The subscription is offered and set up by Solex under its own pricing and terms. AO Scan is for informational and educational use only and doesn't replace care from your family's doctors.
Monday to Friday.
Sessions are in person in Kingwood, Monday through Friday. Once you start a package, you keep the same day and time each week.
Changing a time
- Your time is held just for you. Need to change it? Give me at least 24 hours' notice and you can reschedule once, free.
- Each session can be rescheduled one time only.
- Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee.
- Missed session with no notice: the full session fee.
- If I ever need to cancel, you choose: a new time at no cost, or a full credit.
Refunds
- Single sessions and add-ons: no refunds once your session has happened or your SEFIdots or AO Patches have been imprinted, because they're made just for you. Before that, the rules for changing a time apply.
- Discovery Call: not refunded, but credited toward any package you start within 14 days.
- Packages: full refund if you cancel before your first session. Once you've started, packages aren't refundable, and unused sessions stay good for 90 days.
- Monthly membership: cancel any time before your next payment. Months already paid aren't refunded, and unused visits don't carry over.
- Yearly membership: full refund within 14 days if you haven't used a visit. After that, it isn't refundable.
- If your doctor asks you to stop, tell me and I'll pause your plan or give you a credit.
