Guidance and wellness, not medical care

My sessions are guidance and wellness sessions. I'm a registered nurse, but I don't provide nursing or medical care in these sessions, and they don't replace care from your doctor or therapist. Please keep your own doctor and therapist, and talk with them before changing anything about your care.

The technology

AO Scan is designed for informational and educational use only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

No guarantees

Everyone's experience is different. I can't promise any particular result. What you do with what you learn is your choice and your responsibility.

Booking, payment and changes

Sessions are booked and paid through Calendly. My policy for changing or cancelling a time is on the Sessions page and is part of these terms. Memberships are paid through Stripe.

Refunds

• Single sessions and add-ons: no refunds once your session has happened or your SEFIdots or AO Patches have been imprinted, because they're made just for you. Before that, the rules for changing a time apply.
• Discovery Call: not refunded, but credited toward any package you start within 14 days.
• Packages: full refund if you cancel before your first session. Once you've started, packages aren't refundable, and unused sessions stay good for 90 days.
• Monthly membership: cancel any time before your next payment. Months already paid aren't refunded, and unused visits don't carry over.
• Yearly membership: full refund within 14 days if you haven't used a visit. After that, it isn't refundable.
• If your doctor asks you to stop, tell me and I'll pause your plan or give you a credit.

Solex products

AO Scan, AO Hub, SEFI, SEFIdots, SEFI Star and AO Patch belong to Solex. Anything you buy from Solex is sold by Solex under its own terms. I'm an independent Solex member and may earn a commission.
